Figuring out the "how."

My journey has taken me from crafting campaigns for global brands like Warner Bros. and Sony LIV to leading internal communications for Booking Holdings India. And believe it or not, getting 95% engagement on an internal newsletter is just as thrilling as helping a brand grow its social media following (read, organically) from 0 to over 50,000 in just a few months.

My resume might call it "marketing" or "communications" but at the end of the day, I'm just here to make sure a good story gets told. And, of course, one that yields results.

When the Center of Excellence began, communication was active but lacked a clear voice. I stepped in to bring structure, clarity, and a human tone that people would actually engage with. I launched a structured newsletter for 1000+ employees, introduced employee storytelling, and built a reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication cadence. Over time, this strengthened brand consistency and visibility across teams. I believe impactful communication isn’t loud, it’s intentional, honest, and worth the pause.
